By booking our services, you agree to provide accurate property information and ensure safe access on the agreed date.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to address concerns at no additional charge.
Liability
We are fully insured. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
