Information we collect
We collect the name, email, phone, address and property details you give us when you request a quote or book a clean. If you become a customer we also keep the record of visits, access notes and whether a clean was paid.
How we use your information
We use your details to quote, schedule and carry out the clean, to remind you the day before a visit, and occasionally to ask for a Google review after a completed clean. You can ask us not to send review requests. We do not sell your information. Quote requests are also emailed through Formspree. Postcodes are checked with postcodes.io, the round map uses OpenStreetMap, and the day’s weather comes from Open-Meteo.
Data retention
We keep customer records while we are cleaning for you, and for a short period afterwards. You may request deletion by emailing hello@henshallexteriorcleaning.com.
