Fascias and soffits sit above eye line, which is why they get ignored until they are green, streaked or grey. We clean them with a gentle soft-wash and reach equipment, so the uPVC is restored without scratching, stripping or forcing water behind the boards.

Will cleaning bring my white fascias back to white?
For dirt, algae and general staining, yes — the difference is usually dramatic. Plastic that has yellowed from years of UV exposure can only be improved so far, and we will say so honestly before we start.
Do you use a pressure washer on fascias and soffits?
No. Fascias and soffits are cleaned with a soft-wash and brush method. High pressure can force water behind the boards or into the roof void, and it can mark the surface.
Do you need ladders?
Mostly not. We work from the ground using extension poles on most two-storey homes. If a roofline needs a different approach, we tell you at the quote stage.
Can you do it at the same time as my gutters?
Yes, and it is the most efficient way to do it. Clearing the gutters and cleaning the boards in one visit means nothing gets re-dirtied by the other job.
How often does it need doing?
Most homes look good for a couple of years after a clean. Properties under trees or in damp, shaded spots tend to go green again sooner.
